Low Student to Instructor Ratio
Most training classes have 12-20 students per instructor. Our student to instructor ratio is much lower as we have kept you – the student – in mind when designing our courses. We know, from our own experience, that teaching large groups is not effective. Our smaller classes give the instructors time to give more personalized attention to our students and offer a much higher level of interaction. We only allow 8 students for every one instructor and no class will ever have more than 16 students (that’s with two instructors – one for every 8 students). Our classroom structure is very interactive. We want to know about you, your business, and your issues and help you solve them – not just read you materials from a training manual.

Guarantee
We will guarantee you that we will confirm or cancel a class within 15 days of the start of class (and usually by the 30 day mark), so you can book your flight and hotel reservations in advance and not worry about last minute changes or cancellations.

Our courseware is not a “fixed” document that is read to you from a podium. The courseware is kept trim with the intent of getting the students into the supported documentation (thus keeping it from becoming obsolete the moment a patch is released) and is updated prior to each class to keep it fresh and dynamic.
