Will Hampton
Will Hampton is the Training Manager and Lead Instructor. He is a Maximo 5 and 6 EAM Certified Consultant. He was an internal trainer with MRO for 4 years where he taught the Core Consultant and Consultant Boot Camp Classes as well as all the 4.x and 5.x classes. His 5th year at MRO Will was one of two Systems Engineer’s and spent his time Installing / Upgrading and Troubleshooting problems for clients in the field. Will also has 4 years training background as a software instructor for both Intel (certified Intel University Instructor) and Davox (now Concerto Software) where he also did course development. He spent 13 years in the US Navy as an Instructor and Certified as a Master Training Specialist (MTS) in 1990.

Will is also a highly experienced software developer, having worked intimately with Maximo over the past 8 years. He knows Maximo inside and out. In addition, he has a high level of experience and expertise with troubleshooting, systems integration, report development, Workflow and the Maximo Enterprise Adapter.

Performed Data Loading using the “MDL” (Maximo Data Loader)

Deanna Lenz:
Deanna Lenz is the Senior Instructor. She has over 13 years experience with Maximo, both as a consultant and a trainer. Deanna is highly knowledgeable in all areas of Maximo; her particular expertise is in Systems Administration, Workflow development and Actuate report writing. She has six and a half years experience as a Senior Instructor for Maximo while at MRO Software, where she was the primary Workflow Instructor for the last two years. Deanna has taught everything from version 3.x through version 6.2.1. She is a Maximo 6 EAM and Maximo 5 Certified Consultant. In addition to her training expertise, Deanna has also done numerous Maximo consulting engagements. Prior to being a trainer at MRO, she was the Maximo Systems Administrator for St Luke’s Medical Center in Boise, Idaho, for five years. As their System Administrator she was key in the successful and on time upgrade of their system from version 3.0A to 4.1.1. Additionally she developed custom training for all facility departments at St Luke’s and has provided customized training for MRO clients.
