IBM has all the released Maximo documentation (pretty much everything that comes on your documentation CD) readily available at this URL:

Once you click on the above URL scroll down to "Maximo Asset Management" and you will see version 7's documents. Under that there is an entry for "Previous Versions" where you can go all the way back to version 4.1.1
