About Exxtreme Consulting

Exxtreme Consulting, Inc. was founded two years ago by Will Hampton who spent five years working for MRO Software Inc. as an Internal Technical Instructor and Systems Engineer. He provided training and consulting in all aspects of the MAXIMO product line and taught many of the Consultants currently working in this field (and learned quite a bit from them as well). He was joined in his efforts by Deanna Lenz who spent the last seven years as a Senior Instructor for MRO Software Inc. and was previously a Systems Administrator for St. Luke Hospital in Boise ID.

Our Primary Focus is in helping the MAXIMO community and businesses to learn, understand and use MAXIMO effectively to satisfy their organizational business needs. All of our Instructors and Consultants are required to be MAXIMO certified and have real world Training or Consulting experience. We currently have over 19 years of MAXIMO experience and 100+ years of maintenance experience.

Our goal is not tell the client and customer what they should be doing or what we will be teaching but to listen and be able to adapt the training or consulting to not only educate the student but to be able to openly discuss their needs and relate the topics to their objectives.
